At Sunshine Mentoring Services, we believe exceptional support begins with truly understanding the person. We provide personalised, consistent and compassionate support to NDIS participants, with particular experience supporting individuals with complex behaviours and high support needs. Our strength lies in looking beyond the behaviour to understand what may be driving it. We focus on recognising triggers, identifying patterns and early warning signs, building trust, and using proactive strategies to help participants feel safe, understood and supported. Our services include support work, daily living assistance, community access, social participation, mentoring and individualised support aimed at building confidence, independence and quality of life. We work closely with participants, families, Behaviour Support Practitioners and allied health professionals to promote consistency and positive outcomes.
