Yes. Your basic listing is free indefinitely. During our launch period (until December 2026) free listings include up to 5 enquiries per month — after that the free tier includes up to 3 enquiries per month.
What is the founding member offer?
The first 50 providers to upgrade to Kick Start lock in $79/month for life — the price never goes up for them. After the first 50 spots are taken, Kick Start goes to $99/month. Same deal for Multi-site: $249/month locked in forever for early providers.
How does CareLocate compare to Clickability?
CareLocate Kick Start gives you unlimited enquiries and national coverage for $79/month (founding rate). Clickability's equivalent plan limits you to 5 enquiries for $109/month — and their directory is now owned by a disability service provider. CareLocate is independently owned, always.
Do I need a credit card to claim my listing?
No. Claiming your listing and setting up your free profile requires no payment details. You only need a card if you choose to upgrade.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, at any time. No lock-in contracts. If you cancel, your listing reverts to the free tier.
How do search rankings work?
Free listings appear in search results. Kick Start listings receive priority placement. Rankings within each tier reflect quality and relevance — never additional payment.
