Our clinicians understand the unique challenges of providing care in a person’s own environment, and wherever possible, we match you with a clinician whose skills and experience suit your individual needs. We support people with rehabilitation, neurological and musculoskeletal conditions, falls prevention, mobility and independence and ongoing podiatry care. We take the time to understand you, your environment, what matters to you and what you want to achieve. Our team is experienced in working alongside NDIS organisations and Support Coordinators, with a strong focus on clear communication, timely reporting and collaborative goal setting. By working with you in your own environment, therapy can be practical and relevant to everyday life - helping you move safely, participate in activities you enjoy and maintain your independence.
